Store Policies

Return Policy:

Tting.com offers a 30-day return policy and accepts qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise returned for refund within the 30-day return period is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handing charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items. To qualify for a return, all products require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to being returned. An RMA# can be obtain by contacting our customer service department. Please see below for further instructions. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer 19s original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Tting.com 19s sole discretion. All returns received without RMA numbers will be returned to you and no credits issued. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts, warranty card, software, cables and accessories. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.

Before you request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please make sure that you have read and understood clearly our Return Policy. To obtain an RMA #, please email us at service@tting.com. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Tting.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. The RMA number given to you must appear clearly on the shipping label affixed on the outside of all return shipments. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way. We reserve the right to refuse on any product that does not meet these requirements. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Tting.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of a defective product inside the U.S. only.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original credit card used for purchase. In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirement described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. For those situations where a customer seeks an exchange for the same unit, upon successful inspection, Tting will send to the customer an exchange unit, which will be the same model the customer purchased. If the same model is not available in Tting.com inventory, Tting will contact the customer to suggest a similar unit exchange or provide a full refund.

If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-99-TTING immediately to obtain warranty service. In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. Our customer service team will make every effort to assist you in obtaining technical support and warranty service. At the discretion of Tting.com, in some instances, we may decide to repair or replace a defective product via our facility. Defective merchandise returned to our facility will be replaced with the same product. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee less the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-defective, opened computer software, movies, music and video games
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused

In the event that your merchandise arrives to you in a physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please call customer service at 1-888-99-TTING or email us at service@tting.com. You must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery. After this allotted time, we cannot accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model will be shipped to you.

At Tting.com, we make every effort to ship orders expeditiously. Merchandise that is refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please call as soon as possible at 1-888-99-TTING. No charges will be posted for cancellations that are made prior to processing and shipping.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once order has been processed for shipment, you will need to follow our return policy guidelines. To cancel an order, please email service@tting.com or call us at 1-888-99-TTING.

Payment Policy:

Tting.com accepts the following forms of payment:

  • MasterCard
  • PayPal

Tting.com currently does not accept personal checks or COD orders or international credit card.

If you credit card expires between the time you place your order and the time your order is shipped, we will notify you by e-mail. Please call 1-888-998-8464 with your new credit card information. Please be ready to provide your CID Number.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card when making purchases. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holder's name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.

Tting.com receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-Issuing bank for Information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm. Card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Shipping Policy:

Tting.com uses UPS to make sure your order gets to you on time; we ship both from our central warehouse and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. Orders are processed within one to two business days from original receipt of order and approval of your credit card. All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damages. Shipping is calculated by weight, distance and insured value of order. When you add the item to your shopping cart you will be taken to a checkout screen where you can enter your destination zip code. By entering your zip code and hitting the "Enter" button, you shipping charge will appear. We have no hidden charges.

  • Please note that at the current time we only offer shipping within the Continental United States only. We are unable to offer shipping to Alaska ,Hawaii and other non-continental states

We currently offer the following UPS shipping methods:
  • UPS Ground Service: 5~7 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2~3 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order at Tting.com. You can also see shipping costs on the order confirmation email and on online.

If you paid for Next Day Air shipping and did not receive your package on time, please contact Tting.com service support at 1-888-99-TTING. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Tting.com service support at 1-888-99-TTING.

Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to post office boxes (PO Boxes) or hotel/motel rooms or APO or FPO addresses under any circumstances.

Shipment whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must by shipped in multiples boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must be ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

The tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you or you can check your order status online to find online to track your orders.
