All electronics under $500 are covered under the Replacement Plan. Under this plan, the product will be replaced if it or a similar product is available; otherwise we will reimburse the price paid for the product. Replacement plans must be purchased within 90 days of the product purchase date and start at the end of the labor portion of the manufacturer's warranty period and continue through the term of the contract. All plans are fully insured up to the price paid for the product for the duration of the contract period. For Repair Plans, there is no limit on the number of repairs during the term of the contract, as long as the total cost of the repairs do not exceed the purchase price of the product. If we decide to replace the product we will replace it with a product of equal or similar features up to the price paid for the product or reimburse the purchase price of the product. All plans can be cancelled at any time during the term of the contract. If cancelled within the first 30 days after plan purchase, a full refund will be given. After 30 days a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the contract minus a nominal administrative fee will be issued for all upfront-paid plans; Recurring pay plans will receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the last paid period, minus an administrative fee of up to one month's payment.
